When purchasing from Gippsbeary Cottage, any Credit Card information used is processed through a Third Party Payment Gateway. All information is secure with SSL and encrypted. You also have the flexibility to use the safety of Paypal, which is the most preferred method for a lot of people.

Gippsbeary Cottage will accept returns of faulty goods purchased, via replacement of refund of the Goods. You must contact us with in 7 Business days after receiving your order, and to return Goods back to Gippsbeary Cottage within 14 days. All Goods must be sent back in the original condition that it was sent to you via registered post with proof of purchase before any refund is issued. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds amounts will be less any postage that has been paid in the original order or return. Upon Gippsbeary Cottage receiving the Goods back, and we find that the item is deemed faulty, we will refund the cost of the postage. Please allow upto 7 days for any refund to be processed.

Any Books or patterns purchased cannot be returned to us, not under any cirumstances. Please choose carefully before ordering these.
